We are looking for very strong "Project Managers" for its various Product Development.
The managers shall be able to:
- Develop, maintain and execute project plan in collaboration with the team members to meet changing needs and requirements.- Establish the project schedule and adhere to it.
- Identify both formal and informal team roles for each member of the team.
- Schedule and conduct effective team meetings.
- Manage day to day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Ensure that project builds are delivered on time and according to the agreed upon specification.
- Review deliverables before passing them to client.
- Effectively apply methodology and enforce project standards.
- Perform Risk Analysis.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Continually seek opportunities to increase
- Should be expert in Project Management, Estimation and Costing
- Must possess leadership qualities
- Excellent people management skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Communication and team handling
