Candidate should have the following:
- Experience of handling multiple sales regions, assigning sales territories and taking care of all relevant queries.
- Well versed with distribution channels and networks and must have contacts in distribution.
- Proven track record of achieving and sustaining sales targets.
- Strong Experience of developing and managing the sales team.
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High energy level and positive attitude.
Candidate would be required to do the following:
- Develop the skills of the sales team, make pricing decisions, and reviweing all reports pertaining to product import/export.
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Responsible for the performance and development of the all sales staff reporting to them.
- Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Initiate and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Conducs one-on-one review with all sales staff reporting to them to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
