Product and Process Specialist

Essential Requirements:

-- About 2 years (or more) experience. 

-- Recent experience in mobile banking

-- Recent experience in developing processes related to mobile banking

Note:
-- Role is to develop multiple processes -- related to sales, call centers, back-end operations, front-end operations, etc
-- Also role includes developing products related to remittances, utility bills payments, etc

Other Requirements:

-- Excellent analytical, creativity and problem solving skills

-- Good presentation and organizational skills

Job Description:

-- Define process flows for sales, call center, back end and front end of banking operations
-- Development of Complaint Management process
-- Account Opening integration with Telco application along with banking ones
-- Development of Account Opening Toolkit for all levels
-- Development of Policy Documents
-- Development of Manuals
-- Handling of Internal & SBP audits
-- Development of Corporate Solutions
-- Support to MFS for System Development
-- UATs of System
