Competence Development Specialist

Degree(s)/Major(s): -Bachelors degree from a reputable institute
-Masters in Business Administration is preferred (MBA) with majors in HRM.


Experience Required:  
At least 3-4 years of professional experience
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role



Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
The incumbent must possess and excel with the following skills and proficiencies including:
-Sound communication and negotiation skills (excellent in English both written & verbal)
-Excellent analytical and reporting skills
-Sound presentation skills with a view to presenting at all levels including top management
-End to end knowledge of the training process with a view to calculate ROI
-Computer literacy including excel, power point, etc
-Management & organizational skills
-Good stakeholder management skills
-Basic understanding of project management
-Good planning skills with strong follow up
-Excellent interpersonal skills as well as working very well within a team
-Basic knowledge of the employee life cycle & link with Training & Development
