Candidate would be required to do the following:
- Develop a sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by all sales staff reporting to them.
- Create and conduct proposal presentations.
- Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Effective supervision of their sales territory and coordination with suppliers, distributors and sales team.
- Ensure inventory management and demand forecasting for the coming weeks and months.
