We are looking for HR Manager having 4-5 years of experience. Having involved in:
- Recruitment & Selection process specifically for IT Professionals.- Conducting Orientation program for new employees
- Getting continuous feedback on employee performance through team leads/managers on
regular basis and conducting Performance Review Sessions
- Looking after employee payroll, compensation and benefits
- Coordinating with teams as liaison for different projects
- Handling employee grievances
- Formulating HR policies and strategies while closely working with the Management
- Maintaining employee files and documents
- Developing and retaining the right staff needed to meet these objectives
- Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Developing and implementing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
- Administering payroll and maintaining employee records
- Developing HR planning strategies with line managers, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements in terms of numbers and skill levels.
- Planning, and sometimes delivering, training, including inductions for new staff.
- Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers
