| A renowned NGO is seeking the services of a highly qualified and dynamic academic leader, to be designated as "Chief Operating Officer", capable of innovating and creating a modern group of schools, surpassing the best in the country and fully accepting independent responsibility for its management and ultimate fruition. Experience and Attributes: - Should be a visionary with a passion for human and social development. - Minimum 10-15 years post qualification experience including at least 3-5 years as head of a reputed institution. - Experience in modern strategies/ teaching methodologies, for imparting quality education amongst youth drawn from all social strata of the country. - Be empathetic and responsive to psycho-social needs of the students. - Should have a positive charged personality with strong decision making ability and leadership prowess with outstanding communication skills. Responsibilities: - To conceive and develop strategic objectives, goals and targets in line with the overall Vision. - To achieve a continuous development and up gradation of the School System, compatible with the best in the World. - Establish collaborative relationship with international institutions, aiming at global recognition and accreditation. - Develop student's personality and character in accordance with Islamic values/ culture |
