Roles and Responsibilities:
- Report to the directors
- Formulate and implement strategies for recruitment, performance management, succession planning, compensation, employee development and employee well being, in line with business objectives and best industry practices
- Improve and supervise daily operations like job descriptions maintenance, payroll maintenance and HR administration with the assistance of a team
- Proactively develop and smoothly implement organization design at the business and the department level to achieve superior performance
- Ensure compliance to applicable laws within the HR ambit, and liaison with relevant government departments as required
- Establish parameters for workforce planning
