Administrator


Candidate should preferably be an ex services personnel with at least 3 year experience in a similar role.
Candidate would be required to do the following:
  • Prepare reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence whenever needed
  • Assign jobs and duties to office staff as needed
  • Ensure safety and security of the office premises at all times
  • Monitor office operations
  • Serve as the go-to for office inquiries and conflicts
  • Manage staff schedules
  • Tracks office supply inventory and approves supply orders
  • Assist in the preparation of department budgets and expenses
  • Supervise all administrative personnel
  • Prepare and maintain all important company documents, tenders etc.
Candidate must have the following:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
  • Highly organized and flexible
  • Must be self directed and able to complete tasks with limited supervision
  • Maintains staff confidentiality
  • Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation softwares
  • Should have knowledge of security cameras and DVRs
