Candidate would be required to do the following:
- Prepare reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence whenever needed
- Assign jobs and duties to office staff as needed
- Ensure safety and security of the office premises at all times
- Monitor office operations
- Serve as the go-to for office inquiries and conflicts
- Manage staff schedules
- Tracks office supply inventory and approves supply orders
- Assist in the preparation of department budgets and expenses
- Supervise all administrative personnel
- Prepare and maintain all important company documents, tenders etc.
Candidate must have the following:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
- Highly organized and flexible
- Must be self directed and able to complete tasks with limited supervision
- Maintains staff confidentiality
- Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation softwares
- Should have knowledge of security cameras and DVRs
