Essential Requirements:
-- About 5 years (or more) experience.
-- Recent experience of Mobile Banking.
-- Recent experience of Agent Network of Franchise and Distributors (Sales Network)
-- Recent experience of call center operations
-- Recent experience of managing team
Other Requirements:
-- Candidate must be familiar with State Bank and mobile banking regulations.
-- Excellent analytical, creativity and problem solving skills
-- Good presentation and organizational skills

-- Complete support to Sales Team
-- Ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements
-- Set up of Call Center Operations & supervision
-- Set up of Merchant Compliance Processes & Agreements
-- Training of Agent Network
-- Management of Merchant Certificates
-- Fraud Investigation
-- Complete responsibility of Customer Service
-- Domestic Remittance Books Mgmt (CNIC collection)
-- Interaction and take up of Utility Companies
