Sales Manager

This function requires leading the Sales Division to long term growth. It requires preparing & communicating Market Priorities for each of the brands. It entails setting LT & ST objectives for regions, in terms of Revenue generation, Distributor development, Distributor improvement, trade margins, direct & indirect cost. It involves regular interfacing with Division Heads / Marketing Managers for strategic decision making & Coordination on Sales services issues; and with Sales Department personnel for completion of all objectives.
Should preferably, but not necessarily, be an MBA/BBA major in marketing, and should preferably have wide exposure to both marketing & sales functions, or at least the latter. Minimum 12 years of experience in Marketing & Sales (9-10 in sales). Have a track record of increasing revenue; service sector experience; polished interpersonal skills; have a deep understanding of all aspects of both the FMCG/Corporate industry and company business processes.
