Position: Team Lead Functional ERP- HRMS
Qualification: Masters/Bachelors degree in Business or Computer Sciences
Experience: 4-8 years of experience in Oracle HRMS
Required Skill Set
· Knowledge and experience with Oracle HRMS modules.
· Must have worked as a team lead in at least one of the Oracle implementations project
· Capable of providing consultation to customers
· Capable of assisting Solutions Design Team in developing solution framework
· Capable of developing and executing detailed ERP implementation plans
· Assisting Consultants in executing the Implementation Plan including application deployment, rollouts and user trainings
· Good analytical and communication skills
· Well versed with standard Oracle documentation
