One of our Clients is looking for a Business Manager for the following role.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE    · Bachelors in Business Administration or Management Studies with 6-8 years experience in office management work in a senior management office.
· Must posses a pleasant personality      
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES    · Manages the day to day operation of the office of the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
· Managing daily correspondence, preparing letters and memoranda inside and outside the Company, arranging for reports, appointments, meetings, communications, maintaining confidential files, visitors programs and providing general information as may be required.
· Attends meetings representing the President and CEO Office.
· May attends Board of Directors meetings to record the minutes and assists with the arrangements for such and other important Company meetings.
· Will supervise the staff in the presidents office as required.
· Supervises the activities of assigned personnel in the President and CEO’s office; performs supervisory duties at the level established by Management for the position.
· Plans and advises the President of his daily schedule, keeping an appointment diary and ensuring that all meetings, interviews and official duty trips are clearly indicated.
· Receives in-coming correspondence and communications for the President and CEO.
· Sorts and checks to determine proper routing and distribution, secures and attaches supporting documents and presents to the President as may be necessary.
· Prepares and drafts correspondence to various parties within and outside the Company for review and approval by the President and CEO.
· Receives visitors and VIP guests with tact and courtesy, determines the purpose of the visit and directs them to the President and CEO's office.
· Ensures proper maintenance of a comprehensive filing system for general correspondence, reports and other materials and personally keeps control of the President's confidential files, reports and other communications.
· Prepares weekly activity and status reports and reviews with the President and CEO.
· Includes receiving direction on further steps to be taken towards achieving desired results.
· Accompanies the President and CEO and/or VIP guests on tours/visits of Company sites as may be directed
· Performs other similar or related duties such as attending communication meetings, making travel arrangements for the President and CEO, assisting with arrangements for the Company's Board of Directors meetings and other important meetings.
