Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Develop measurable Standard Operating Procedures for BTL activities;
  • Propose, Monitor, and Execute BTL activities as per given SOPs;
  • Handle multiple vendors and search for new vendors;
  • Monitor, compare, and analyze Competitors promotional activities, pricing and new products launch by regularly visiting market;
  • Ensure persistence display of point of sale material at Modern Trade outlets;
  • Conduct on going in depth shop audits particularly at Modern Trade outlets;
  • Recruitment & Selection of Merchandising Team;
  • Training, Development and Management of Merchandising Team;
  • Market Return Analysis;
  • May involve substantial Out Station travel
 
Required Skills
 
Experience Requirements:
  1. Minimum 2 years experience in similar role with national or multinational company in FMCG (food and non food products) industry working at local city and out stations;
  2. Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point), Email, Internet
  3. The incumbent should have personal conveyance (preferably motor cycle).
 
Compensation and Benefits:
Basic Salary: 15K to 20K plus benefits
Annual: Gratuity, Bonus, LFA and Leaves (32 per year).
Monthly: Vehicle Fuel & Maintenance, Company Compensated Mobil Connection.
