Job Description:      
      
This is a staff position within the IT Support Team accountable for ensuring continuity of computer system services for computer users by providing the technical expertise, and assistance necessary to install computer software products, modify/troubleshoot hardware and resolve technical problems. Assist in installations and maintaining of workstations and printers on the LAN. Assist in providing computer/network support relating to software and hardware problems reported by users. Provide written documents which evaluate LAN information on periodic intervals. Be well organized and pay close attention on tasks assigned by Team Leader. Ability to work without supervision. Meet expectations for attendance and punctuality. Stay abreast of the latest developments in MIS technology      

Skills Required:      
       
Windows 2003 Server/Windows 2000/XPnLAN Cabling, PC maintenance, troubleshooting Software installation, troubleshooting Good knowledge at Microsoft Platform, MCSE Preferable.
