Reports to: Manager HR/ Director HR
Education: Masters in Business Administration (HR)or Social Sciences/ Relevant discipline
Experience: 5 Years experience in HR Management and Development
Location: Islamabad, Pakistan

• Having diverse personality , with a sensitivity towards the plight of the masses in general and the recipient of organizational services in particular
Roles and Responsibilities:
• To work on strategic HR development and be able to develop and implement HR policies and Performance Management System in all Strategic Units.
• To supervise and conduct recruitment and selection, Compensation and benefits, employee relations in all Strategic Units.
• To conduct the annual, bi-annual, and quarterly review of HR activities in all Strategic Units.
• To implement effectively the HRMIS (Oracle base software), including verifying the Data entered by HR Officers and to ensure that the induction /discontinuation /salary increase /transfer /leave with out pay statements being generated by the HRMIS are error free.
• To devise and Implement the Leave management system and Attendance management System.
• Assist the HR Director in Salary and compensation, loans and rewards matters.
• To give the Analytical report of employees as per the requirement of HR Director.
• Participates in executive, management, and staff meetings as desired by the Director HR / Manager HR.
• Supervise the Salary Management process and Grievance Matters.
