Business Development Manager -Lahore

Job Title : Business Development Manager
Job Location: Lahore


*       Get more selling opportunities via establishing and enhancing relationship, obtain the potential revenue by selling company’s products and service. Provide professional representation of DGF in satisfying customer needs and expectations to achieve Set Revenue Targets, Growth, Profit and Customer Service plans.
* Schedule different plans of visiting period for different customers group.
* Through sales visits, get customer’s needs, deliver the key information according with the need and emphasize the benefit; find the real objection and give keys, so that provide best solution.
* Keep smooth cooperation with relevant supporting departments; ensure they can help to solve customer’s problems in time.
* Analyze and manage customers’ data to evaluate revenue and find customers’ new trends and circs, and make action plan.
* Make full use of process management instruments to supervise customer information, sales opportunity, and sales action.
* Finish relevant sales report; provide relevant information for management’s demand, to evaluate the statues of revenue.
* Identify a rolling program of prospective accounts using a variety of sources internally and externally. Prospect accounts must have the potential to provide assigned monthly target.
* Qualify 10 key target accounts per month.

* To achieve the set sales activity standards in terms of a minimum of 80 sales visits / month.
* Generate minimum 06 Qualified  Sales Leads in DanzSale System / month
* Achieve monthly pipeline in DanzSale system.
* Recover the Outstanding Amount within  due Credit time
* Ensure sufficient accurate information is provided to All Concern Departments i.e. Operations / Finance / Customer service department & PM by creating SOP to enable effective set up and monitoring of specific customers (i.e. Buy-Sell rates/Credit application/routing orders etc.).
Reports to:  Area Sales Manager
Requirements:-
1. High communication and negation skills
2. Written and spoken English
3. Computer operation skills
4. At least 3-5 years relevant experience of similar industry
5. Academic : Graduate (preference  MBA from recognized institute.
