1. Should have Bachelors in computer science from a reputable institute
2. Should be experienced in the following technologies
3. ASP.Net (VB. Net)
4. XML
5. SQL Server
6. Knowledge of Crystal Reports will be an advantage.
7. Knowledge of Web services would be a plus.
