PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
· Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field with Practical experience of 8 to 10 years in a telecom utility service.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage CPS projects or large scale sub projects independently ensuring good profitability and quality.
· Ensure customer satisfaction with delivery and implementation services. Has overall profit and loss responsibility for the project or sub project.
· CPS Project Manager has overall responsibility of providing Coordination , Detailed planning and extensive rollout consultancy service deployment for CPS implementation projects in collaboration with project team (mainly CSI and OBS but also others).
· CPS Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordination CPS activities for large scale complex projects to secure that company does fulfill contractual commitment in time with required quality measures.
· As enabler team set-up including partner(s) involvement, roles and responsibilities, processes and tools are to be in order.
· The Project Manager does also have active role on pre-project activities, on supporting tendering and market making activities along with CT concerning NPO/CPS issues.
· In certain occasions, CPS Project Manager is taking care of multiple customer projects in coaching fashion.
· CPS Project Manager's role can be non-project related as well. In those circumstances, role is to coordinate NPO/CPS business development activities for associated key initiative in question (H-PAC initiative launched by CPS MEA is a key to successful business process and consultancy prospect toward moving into a E2E solution company that supports customer needs and requirements driven from existing market conditions looking at the long term evolution path and having a visionary outlook).
· Has not been involved in MVI projects before.
· Is experienced in delivering PM projects for Nokia area.
· Has a solid overview of the PM content in one Reporting Suite area.
· Database level 3 (Learning about MVI Database structure in OSS Database).
