GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

o Must possess a Bachelor or a Master degree in related area
o Strong understanding of Software Engineering Process and OOP Concepts
o Highly professional and disciplined
o Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
o Take ownership and pride in work
o Able to produce quality work within tight timelines
o Candidates having related certification –or– prior experience of offshore projects will be given preference

:: SOFTWARE ENGINEER / TEAM LEAD
=========================
o 2-5 years experience in relevant field
o Strong skills and experience in C++/C#
o Well versed with Microsoft .NET framework, .NET (C# ), ASP.NET, ADO.NET
o Expertise in MS Access and MS SQL Server
o Strong knowledge of web-oriented development (HTML/DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, XSLT, Web Services)
o Abreast with N-Tier architecture designing and implementation
o Exposure to wireless devices programming would be a plus
