Role:
- Receive, register, classify and prioritize user requests.
- Provide process consultancy on the processes concerning applications used with the group.
- Identify needs for process changes in alignment with the user dept.
- Analyze, document and specify country demands for quality, financials and process improvement.
- Maintain and administrate production servers.
Requirements:
- University degree in Economics, engineering or IT
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Networking, PMP, IT Security tools, SQL, Windows XP, MS Office, Visio, MS Project, MS PowerPoint
- Good Communications skills
