Call Center Agents required in a Telecom Organization

Should have great communication skills in English and Urdu and be experienced in customer service and be outgoing.

Responsibilities:

  • Take 70-100 inbound calls
  • Answer problems while reading from scripts
  • Provide quality customer service and handle customers with extreme respect.

Requirements:

  • FA/Fsc or O/A level
  • At least 6 months call center experience preferred
  • Good typing and basic computer skills
