Should have great communication skills in English and Urdu and be experienced in customer service and be outgoing.
Responsibilities:
- Take 70-100 inbound calls
- Answer problems while reading from scripts
- Provide quality customer service and handle customers with extreme respect.
Requirements:
- FA/Fsc or O/A level
- At least 6 months call center experience preferred
- Good typing and basic computer skills
