- Develop and implement a comprehensive internal and external marketing plan
 - Implement the recommendations of the strategic marketing plan.

 - Evaluate operational issues to determine their competitiveness with the latest trends
 - Monitor external and internal environment for development of new market segments
 - Assist in or produce feasibility studies/business plans for business development
 - Develop marketing campaigns for new services
 - Assist in planning of major events of the business
 - Assist in developing an evaluation process to gain feedback from constituents.
