- The incumbent must have MBA/MPA/Masters degree in HRM from reputable institute with at least 8 years worked experience at management level comprising 5000+employees.
- Must have the capabilities to enhance policies/practices, employees, Performance appraisal systems, succession planning and retain oriented attitude will be considered basic parameters.
