Microsoft Great Plains Consultant required

We at eWorx International are seeking outgoing highly motivated professionals to join our team as Dynamics GP Implementation Consultants for our growing Dynamics GP practice. As Microsoft Business Solutions Consultant, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills to analyze and document software and/or system functional requirements, perform gap analysis, work with key stakeholders, develop project plans and time lines to successfully deploy solutions, install and configure Dynamics GP (formerly Great Plains software) to meet each client?s individual requirements and provide end-user training and on going customer support.

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Dynamics GP (Great Plains) version 9.0/10.0or similar ERP software is mandatory
  
• Candidate will work in the Pakistan office for the first year, while the company will process H1-B visa. Once it has been arranged, the candidate will move to US to work at our facility there.

Skills required:

• Experience with Dynamics GP (Great Plains) or similar ERP software is mandatory
• The ability to work directly with client stakeholders and end users
• Evaluate clients' business processes and document plans for improvement
• Perform business requirements gathering and gap analysis
• Configure & implement the software (Dynamics-GP accounting software) to the clients needs
• Design and create custom reports
• Design and test custom software modifications
• Train users and provide client support to solve business problems and technical software issues
• Participate in multiple implementation projects
• Support new and existing clients
• Work with a variety of Microsoft technologies and other tools to solve clients' problems
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
• Achieve and maintain product certifications

Qualifications:

• Strong people skills with customer service focus
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Certification in Dynamics is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree from an HEC recognized institute.
• Degree in Finance/Accounting highly desirable
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Self directed and motivated
