Business Development Manager required

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to increase revenues and profits
Implement the recommendations of the strategic marketing plan.
Perform market research and analysis.
Furnish marketing advice, counsel and general staff support to all departments
Evaluate operational issues to determine their competitiveness with the latest trends
Monitor external and internal environment for development of new market segments
Assist in or produce feasibility studies/business plans for new product development
Develop marketing campaigns for new products and services
Responsible for recruitment and orientation
Demonstrates knowledge of mission, vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and the code of ethical behavior
Assist in planning of major events of the business
Assist in developing an evaluation process to gain feedback from constituents.
Ability to travel independently and work with other departmental personnel and public
Ability to work under stress, interruptions and tight deadlines
Independent judgment to determine project guidelines, purpose, follow-through and completion
Ability to understand financial reports including budgetary guidelines and project expenditures
Ability to assign and delegate work, to solve problems, to answer questions and evaluate results of performance.
