Responsible for operation, installation and maintenance of the country IT infrastructure and support.
Role:
- Design and manage wide area network and LAN.
- Configure and maintain routers, firewall, network software
- Configure and maintain Microsoft Exchange
- Provide technical advice as required for system planning and maintenance of data center.
- Setup group policies and support in ensuring the IT security
- Provide technical services to user services.
- Coordination with external hardware vendors and comply by for maintenance.
- Coordination with the hardware suppliers and communications services providers.
- Provide support to PABX or IP telephone system.
Requirements:
- BCS/MCS with 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Technical skills in TCP/IP. Cisco routers and Microsoft Exchange
- Good network operation experience
- Good Communications skills
- Very good Microsoft Windows experience
- Ability to support, configure, tune and trouble shoot complex PC applications
- Proven ability to be productive with minimal supervision and effective time management
