The Ideal Candidate would:
- Have MBA in Human Resource & LLB (Preferably)
- Be in the age group of 38 to 43 years.
- Have 10 to 15 years experience out of which 3-4 years on similar position (textile not necessary).
- Be well versed in MS Office suite and payroll software.
- Be fully conversant with Labor Laws and all applicable practices of Industrial Relations.
- Have good Presentation Skills, Self Starter & Communication Skills.
