Individuals will be responsible for providing quality sales/support services to international clientele through phone, email & live chat, on the basis of provided guidelines.
Profile:
- Graduate in discipline, preferably from foreign institutions.
- Individuals with O&A level educational background, along with exceptional grip over English communications, are encouraged to apply.
- Previous international call center experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English will Neutral accent.
- Ability to maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the process from first call to complete problem resolution / sales lead.
- Must have the ability to manage customer expectations, prioritize work while multitasking.
