Job Description: The ideal candidate must be able to work with deadlines and occasionally a stressful environment. The successful candidate will be expected to understand and deliver to business needs, as well as be active contributing personnel to system deployment, maintenance and development phase.Candidate should have:
3+ years demonstrated experience in developing Oracle Reports, Oracle Discoverer and Business Intelligence (BI) Suites in both transactional and data warehouse environments.
5+ years demonstrated experience developing Oracle 9i/10g RDBMS and PL/SQL & SQL.
4+ years demonstrated experience developing with Oracle Application Server and Oracle Portal.
2+ years demonstrated experience developing with Oracle Security and Virtual Private Database (VPD).
4+ years demonstrated experience in Report performance monitoring / tuning in multi-tier architecture.
Experience in Oracle Access Manager (OAM) / Oracle Application Server (OAS) / WebSphere integration is a definite asset.
Experience in web-based development using HTML, DHTML, Java Scripts is a definite asset;Demonstrated usage of SDLC methodology, standards and documentation.
Demonstrated experience preparing and presenting technical materials, including standards, procedures, and technical specifications to all levels of management and staff.
Performance of Report Developer role on multiple (3-4) medium - large projects with a track record of success and on-time and on-budget delivery.
Data integration, migration/Interface skills and testing ability.
Team Player and can also work independently.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, presentation skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Deliverables:
Design, code, implement, test, debug and support Company’s web-based reports and application development as assigned.
Setup and develop overall Reporting and reports solutions using Oracle products.
Prepare detailed technical documentation and program specifications as assigned other deliverables as assigned by the IT Manager.
