Job Description:
· Ensuring the excellent quality of software products
· Requirement analysis
· Write/ Execute/ Monitor Test plan
· Excellent in functional/ Performance/ Security testing
· Developing, writing and executing test cases
· Assist Program Manager, to ensure that effective planning and execution of QA deliverables are met for each area of responsibility
· Communicates team status and challenges on behalf of all members of respective QA team
· Provide guidance and mentoring to teams
Requirements:
· Understanding of Software Testing Lifecycle and Software Development Lifecycle
· Understanding of the fundamentals of Project Management
· Good knowledge of ISO/ CMMI
· Experience in Test Management tool preferably Quality Centre
· Experience in Keyword driven testing
· Excellent Communication skills
· Experience of Automated Testing will be a plus point
