Understanding of Call centre applications/tools and techniques.
Skills to give Negative/Positive feed back in constructive way.
Excellent over all Managerial Skills.
Excellent Relationship building ability.
Ability to manage sales in inbound call centre environment.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to manage a team.
Ability to lead by example.
Ability to maintain healthy relation with Clients.
Should be able to maintain a high level of Motivation & Moral among the team members.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Maintain a high level of courtesy & accuracy in services provided by the team.
