Position Title: Senior Manager (Regional Sales Manager)
Position Location: Hyderabad, Sahiwal, Quetta (There is one position in each city -- thus, total 3 positions)

Salary: 150K to 300K -- may vary depending upon experience
Essential Requirements:
-- Recent experience of working in Telecom Cell Phone Companies or Telecom Wi-Max Companies or ISP (Internet Service Provider) Companies
-- Experience of working as Senior Manager or Manager (or similar role of Consumer Sales -- NOT Corporate Sales)
-- Recent experience in Hyderabad or Sahiwal or Quetta preferred
-- Recent experience of working in Telecom Cell Phone Companies or Telecom Wi-Max Companies or ISP (Internet Service Provider) Companies
-- Experience of working as Senior Manager or Manager (or similar role of Consumer Sales -- NOT Corporate Sales)
-- Recent experience in Hyderabad or Sahiwal or Quetta preferred
Note: The Quetta based position is a Regional Head position
Main Responsibilities:
Be responsible for meeting the monthly regional sales targets
Focus on improving processes for increased efficiency and productivity of the region
Monitor the operations of both direct and indirect sales channels of the region
Monitor product distribution and visibility in the region
Ensure implementation of sales and distribution strategies in the region
Channelize feedback from the region to the management for resolution of issues
Develop team KPIs and ensure team motivation to meet them
Mark any untapped markets in the region and discuss with management to reach out to them
