Job Overview:
The job involves to develop specialize strategies of Online Sales & business development for regions. Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability, disseminate information to regional sales representatives, corporate marketing and sales operations. The job is responsible for achieving the regional sales target, regional forecasting and sales tracking. Leading the sales team comprised of regional/ market specialists and is responsible for the market share from within regional geography.
Person’s Specification:
· Understanding of regional market demographics and is familiar with market dynamics
· Exposure of working in Sales/ Business Development of E-commerce or IT based products with strong orientation of regional markets.
· 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably online
· A Master’s degree or equivalent
· Passionate for sales
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
· Internet Savvy and have command of CRM and ERP applications
· Excellent communication skills in English (Written & spoken)
· Linguistics – Arabic for Middle East, no specific requirements for South Africa and India
