MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
When assigned to:
• A customer team will “Engage closely with a customer to design & develop solutions to fulfill customer’s needs by understanding the customer’s challenges and architectures, and turning that into a customer solution.”
• A customer project will “work in a project to design & develop a solution to fulfill customer’s needs and turning that into a customer solution.”
• A NSN Business Unit will “Understand a business opportunity for NSN and use his knowledge and contacts to take responsibility for the technical design of a NSN solution that fulfils the business opportunity.”
REQUIREMENTS:
• Atleast Juniper Professional certified OR Juniper Specialist certified & Cisco Professional certified
• Strong IP Knowledge
• Atleast a Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics/Telcommunication/Computer Engineering
• Telecommunication products/platforms (IMS, FMC, HLRi, Rel.4, MPLS etc)

BUSINESS UNIT DESCRIPTION:
NPO (Network Planning and Optimization) is part of MS (Managed Services) department within NSN and plays a pivotal role in providing design and performance related services for the Broadband Connectivity Solutions, Converged Core, Operations & Business Software and Radio Access Business Units.
