1.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Windows development with Visual C++.
2.Excellent Object Oriented programming concepts.
3.Excellent operating systems concepts.
4.Experience of working with MFC, WIN32 APIs, Windows SDKs, Windows DDKs.
5.Experience of development on Windows Vista would be a huge plus.
