Responsibilities:
  - Analyzing and troubleshooting issues with Windows XP/Vista/2003/2008, all versions of Microsoft Office suite products and Outlook.
 - Monitoring and resolving issues with network issues and maintaining network connectivity.
 - Installing, maintaining, and monitoring applications software, desktop applications, and printers.
 
Qualification:
  - 3 to 5 years of recent continuous experience in computer maintenance, operation and network.
 - BA/BSc in Engineering or Computer Science is required.
 - A+, Microsoft MCSE Certified and CCNA is a plus.
 - Ability to configure, upgrade and relocate PC hardware, software, printers and handheld devices. Excellent knowledge of PC hardware and problem-solving skills.
 - Experience with WAN/LAN, WiFi and VPN administration.
 - Working knowledge of imaging software.
 - Knowledge with cabling and cable connectors and replacement, such as RJ-11, RJ-45, Tandberg video conferencing equipment is a plus.
 - Ability to work efficiently under pressure, while maintaining courtesy and professionalism.
 - Be willing to travel overseas for medium term assignments extensively
 - Be go getters with a never say die attitude
