Client Service Representatives (CSRs) required

  • Responsible to ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of customer requests and inquiries
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written English)
  • neutral accent would be preferred
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Computer proficiency especially in the use of web based systems
  • Good problem solving skills
