Help Desk Officer URGENTLY required for Saudi Arabia/ Pakistan

Responsibilities:
  • Attend IT Help Desk main Hotline Number
  • Create Incidents and Service Requests on IT Service Management application called SD+
  • Act as the focal point for any major IT incidents/problems and coordinates between different IT entities to resolve the problem.
  • Follow up service requests and IT web support mails related to Service requests. .
  • Providing Technical Support to IT Clients.
  • Configure Outlook email, Internet Email, Network Connection ( Map Drive ), Configure Real Player, Media Player.
  • Supporting all Corporate Applications / Devices owned by IT.
  • Troubleshooting Desktop’s problems remotely.
  • Install IT Standard Applications.
  • Reset User Domain Password, SAP Passwords.
  • Arranging meetings with Vendors & other IT Units to discuss Pending Issues and Trends.
  • Expedite Requests by escalating it to the right key person.
Qualification:
  • Customer Focused
  • Must be able to work in shift
  • · 3+ years experience in IT Supporting MS Windows environment (XP, Vista , Office 2003)
  • MCP or MCSE (optional)
  • Fluent in English
  • SAP support experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science)
  • Be willing to travel overseas for medium term assignments extensively
  • Be go getters with a never say die attitude
