Job Description:
A) Primary Functions of the Job
E Designer & Solutions, a U.S based software house is seeking for an experienced Animator who will be responsible for creation of animation products, character development, motion & movement of images for a long range of media related products. We would like to have a person with ability to convince us with expertise groomed in him through experience, find yourself good at animating cartoons, have information about animation tools & techniques, can prove yourself as a team player, confident that your work is worthy & creative then you are the right person for this job.
Initially candidate will be hired on probation period for three months. Salary will be revised after his performance evaluating.
B) Animation Experience
1. Key skills required are any in the following Macromedia Flash ,After Effects, Final Cut,3D Studio, Maya, Logic Pro, Action Script
2. Basic information about animation & illustrations
3. Must be Familiar with sound recording concepts & techniques
4. Familiar with latest technologies of designing & animation.
5. Knowledge of best practices for web-based digital video production and delivery, e-Learning program production/delivery.
C) Job Responsibilities
1. You will be responsible for animation products related to multimedia, computer graphics and animations working on:
• Entertainment and educational contents
• Content rich e-Learning courses
• Interactive planning and business simulations tools
• Web sites pertaining knowledge related to IT and Management training programs
2. Along with animation, you will be responsible for media products and contents development activities including:
• Collaborate with arts directors, creative directors to create animations for target clients.
• Based on creative briefs produce animations, storyboards, scenarios.
• Support illustrators and designers in conceptual sketches for storyboard development according to animation requirements.
• Work closely with the group to ensure the adherence of style guidelines and standards of animation quality are followed.
3. You are expected to use and manage latest designing and animation tools including Dreamweaver, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Freehand, Indesign, Visio, Fireworks, Macromedia Flash, Director, 3D Studio, Maya, Logic Pro, ActionScript , audio and video assets, Flex, GarageBand, Soundtrack, SoundForge, Quark, OmniGraffle, After Effects, Framemaker, Final Cut etc
4. Do regular research across all industries to keep abreast of the latest in animation trends and interactive solutions
Skills Required
a) Must be self-motivated, multitasking team player in fast paced working environment.
b) Strong communication and organizational skills.
c) Build exciting animation for a wide variety of characters (while
working within the constraints of character designing & development)
d) Communicate proactively with co-workers, including designers,
programmers, and other artists & illustrators.
e) Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality work under deadlines.
f) Candidate must have the ability to work independently or within a team environment.
g) Candidate should have knowledge & concepts of designing
h) Excellent character animation skills (we work for motion pictures).
Educational Requirements:
a) Graduate from a well known University/College.
b) Diploma from a graphic institute.
