- Responsible to oversee a growing team of CSRs in a 24/7 operation, aimed at delivering excellent customer care meeting SLA requirements
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written English)
- Strong team and interpersonal skills with proven experience in managing teams
- Strong customer orientation
- Computer proficiency especially in the use of web based systems
- Drive to learn, analyze and solve problems
- Preferably a degree in business studies. Preference will be given to candidates with an IT background
