Assistant Manager Client Services required

  • Responsible to oversee a growing team of CSRs in a 24/7 operation, aimed at delivering excellent customer care meeting SLA requirements
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written English)
  • Strong team and interpersonal skills with proven experience in managing teams
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Computer proficiency especially in the use of web based systems
  • Drive to learn, analyze and solve problems
  • Preferably a degree in business studies. Preference will be given to candidates with an IT background
