(Lahore) requires experienced Oracle HRMS & Payroll Consultants for
their Lahore Office.
Responsibilities: -
· Active member of implementation team with responsibility for
modules within the Oracle Applications
As HRMS Consultant implementations, including:-· Agreement and
documentation of client business process requirements for HR and
Payroll· Configuration of Oracle HRMS and Payroll applications·
Preparation and execution of test plans for HRMS and Payroll
applications Training of client staff· Specification of HR/Payroll
integration requirements· Involvement in the growth and development
if the HR team, including:-
Assist in pre sales activities
Development of sales propositions
Job demands:
· Technical Knowledge/Skills and/or Industry experience:
Oracle HRMS – Expert knowledge of the HR application as well as one
or more of the following:-
Oracle Training Administration
I-Learning· Oracle Time and Labor· HRMS intelligence· Self-Service
HR· Knowledge of other functional modules would also be desirable,
i.e. Finance and Supply Chain· Demonstrable expertise in Oracle
HRMS. · Proficient throughout the full cycle implementation. ·
