Job Responsibilities:
The Pre-sales Engineer is responsible for technical pre-sales support for CISCO Solutions and the product lines. The Pre-sales Engineer is will assist the sales team to obtain revenue goals by helping to qualify accounts, answer RFP/RFIs, preparing and delivering solution based product presentations, attending trade shows, and leading proof of concepts which meet client's business requirements. The Pre-sales Engineer is responsible for handling technical questions or issues which arise during a sales cycle and setting appropriate customer expectations.

Key Roles:
· Performing case qualification after the identification.
· Preparing Solution draft technical and commercial for cases.
· Performing customer visit for solution understanding and assessment.
· Putting demos online and offline.
· Closing case call technically as well as commercially.
· Organizing pre and post sales training.
· Performing product training to channels.
· Convincing channel for product selection and promotion.
· Key accounts implementation of projects.
· In-house simulation of customer requirement.
