Client Services Executive / Operation Engineer

Together with the other members of the client services team man the client services help desk from 9:00 to 17:30 each working day.

Provide a responsive and efficient telephone support service dealing with all client calls and answering these calls to reach a satisfactory conclusion for the client.
 

Job Description:

  • Liaising with multiple customers and suppliers within global IT industry
  • Understanding the business model within Supply Chain industry / ITSM and ensuring the SLA compliance
  • Multiple communications with vendors and customers via various technology channels
  • Update the existing databases with changes and the status of each customer
  • Basic computer knowledge/technological skills- the person should be adept in using search tools, browsers and also email features; attaching files to correspondence, utilizing tracking and management features
  • Ability to comprehend, captures well as interpret basic customer information
  • Analyze the various parts of a problem properly and develop logical solutions
  • Attention to detail

 

Skills Required:

  • Be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written English
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Flexible & Adaptable in different situations and environment
  • Demonstrate sound understanding of complex processes
  • A go-getter attitude to approach customer queries and problems proactively
  • Some knowledge of e-supply chain and customer service is helpful but not essential
  • Flexibility to change hours daily on a quarterly roster basis
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn new things and applying them effectively to produce the desired results
  • Pleasant and friendly manner
