The candidate should:
- Preferably be Master’s in Business, Finance or Economics
- Have at least 15 years of core banking experience including credit and operations.
- Have minimum of 3 years’ experience in core Risk Management functions at senior level with direct exposure to Risk Policy Formulation, Base II, Credit, Market and Operational Risk Management.
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
