Manager- IT & Security Infrastructure

Job Description:

To lead the team of network engineers and system administrators
To monitor the work efficiency of the team members who are serving to in-house requests and those as well who are dealing with the clients
To maintain and upgrade the IT Infrastructure and inventory
To liaise with the procurement department and the other managers/leads for the resource requirements of different departments.

To forecast and keep in reserve the most commonly used IT equipments
Keep backups of the network equipment, services and data to ensure reliability of service to both in-house and external clients Availability 24x7, on-site (9-5) and remotely (as and when required).

 

Skills Required:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in the relevant field
• Relevant experience either in networks or systems domain
• Appropriate certifications
• Proven record of leading and increasing the efficiency of teams
• Fluent in English
