One of our Clients is looking for Senior Manager Human Resources for the following role.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
·          An MBA degree with 7-10 years experience would be desired.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
·          Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.
·          Process the disciplinary cases in coordination with the corporate office and  according to the prevailing regulations .
·          Oversee HR progress in the region
·          Responsible for overall centralized HR admin function
·          Oversee and resolve various union issues at the regional level
·          Oversee the  leave management affairs by controlling the absenteeism/leave records and statistics.
·          Supervise local HR tasks
·          Ensuring that regional staff and budget resources are appropriately allocated and deployed
·          Plans and executes transfer plans of the employees Zone-wide based on the functional and business requirements.
·          Control activities
·          Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
·          Undertake performance management: Monitor and evaluate reporting employees
·          Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
·          Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, , opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
·          Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
·          Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
·          Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
·          Analyze training needs to design employee development, language training and health and safety programs.
·          Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.
·          Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
