MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage project rollouts for NSN customers
• Monitor efforts for NPO deliverables and keep track of resource utilization in a project
• Collaborate with other internal and external teams involved in a project
• Primary interface with customer for business requirements gathering, justification, documentation, planning, implantation and project timelines
• Provide forecast/estimates to NPO management for resource engagement during a project rollout
• Provide input and feedback to sales teams in contract finalization with customer
• Customer presentation for NSN project implementation strategies
REQUIREMENTS:
• BS in Engineering/BCS/MCS from a recognized university
• Around 10 years of experience in IP based projects
• Experience in planning/operations of IP based networks will be preferred
• Knowhow of NSN planning process will be an advantage
• Possesses good knowledge and experience of Cisco and Juniper based technologies
• Juniper competence will be a differentiating factor (certifications)

• Clear strength in articulating ideas and concepts and influencing skills at all levels of the organization
• Ability to handle customer technical teams and management
• Ability to manage virtual teams remotely
BUSINESS UNIT DESCRIPTION:
NPO (Network Planning and Optimization) is part of MS (Managed Services) department within NSN and plays a pivotal role in providing design and performance related services for the Broadband Connectivity Solutions, Converged Core, Operations & Business Software and Radio Access Business Units.
