PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE Masters Degree in Human Resources with minimum of 5 years in a bank with 2 yrs in a similar role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS REQUIRED
Lead various HR initiatives for the bank
Responsible for implementation of human resource processes.
Ensure smooth implementation and facilitation of Performance Management System, co-ordination and facilitation of Organization Development Review related activities.
Responsible for Corporate HR policy guidelines implementation.
Responsible for initiating and driving all employee development initiatives.
Responsible for introduction of and maintenance of communication systems.
Responsible for initiating process for identification of training needs, planning and conducting in-house training programs / external training programs.
All matters related HR administration matters, implementation of welfare schemes, arranging employee participation programs, administration of employee recognition program.
Advise Business Unit Head on all HR issues, especially those pertaining to Human Resources and on company policies and procedures.
Change Management.
Performance Management System.
Will able to design appropriate customized TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT programmes.
Coordinate with the various departments and develop relevant program outlines to capture the exact training requirement from the departments.
Can handle/supervise HR Functions independently
Can handle/manage/ organize training & development programmes
Liaison and coordinating capabilities
Excellent & Effective Communication skills
Analytical approach
Excellent organizational, leadership, and general management skills.
