Front Desk Executive

Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the Reception Area
Total control on Daily courier mails, verify monthly TCS bill, proper distribution of marked and personal documents
Total control on attendance systems and command on courier bill and lunch bill record
Total control on PAXB system and keep sharp eye on duration of calls (avoid personal calls for the staff)
Total control on Hotel reservation, travel booking, rent a car detail, guest house rates and details
Control on PABX system with day and night modes, phone locking and etc, familiarly with in house extension numbers
Control on attendance system late forms, special duty form and leave forms
Try to cut down PABX line bill
Total control on mostly dilled numbers, our simultaneously calling clients
Keep record of daily sending mail to HO & Isb Office
Properly maintain telephone index for reception and knew the common numbers
Total Control on Hotel reservation, travel booking
Supervise all office boys and control lunch concern issues
Total control on AL & CL record
Full command over the reception area, i.e (mails, PABX, Calls, emails, computerized attendance)
Full Familiar over the admin issues
Full command over office lunch Matter, Hotel, Travel

Key Requirements:

At least Intermediate with Two years of relevant experience
Candidate should be Fluent in English, confident, control over emotions, should be able to work as a team member, and contribute her abilities and experience to IPL with dignity
Hard worker, Honest, punctual and regular
Candidate should work with dedication
Should be familiar with office equipments, such as reception computer, photocopier, printer, fax machine, PABX
